Elite Tutoring Policy: Useful Facts from A to Z

Elite Tutoring is committed to educating your child. In order for us to guarantee your child’s success, a commitment from you the parents or guardian is required.

Although we have been successful in improving 98% of our students’ grades, we will not be able to guarantee success for students who are undisciplined or disruptive. Success works best for students who want to learn.

Q & A

Question: Are all your  teachers certified?

Answer: 95% of our instructors are certified instructors.
5% of our staffs are college graduate who have degrees in the subject in which they teach.

Question: Can you guarantee that my child will get better grades?

Answer: Your child’s success depends on a few factors.
  • students attendance must be consistent
  • students should have an open mind and willing to accept help
  • Students should be willing to complete homework assignment
If students are disruptive in class during the regular school hours and parents are depending solely on tutoring for his or her success, unfortunately, two hours a week will not be able to supplement for all that is taught in a week at school.

Success in our program is a collaboration among our teachers, our parents and our students.

Question: Which tutoring program is best for my child?

Answer: In one-on- one tutoring, tutoring is based on your child’s curriculum. This program is recommended for students who easily get distracted or students who easily get embarrassed. If your child is below grade level, one on one will best meet his or her needs.

Group tutoring has up to 5 students in each session. This program is recommended for parents who want to keep their children motivated and challenged. Our curriculum is based on state standards so we may not be on the same topic as your child’s school. It is beneficial for students who may have been taught a concept, but really didn’t understand it. It also allows students to get a preview before a concept is taught.

Success in this program may not be evident on your child’s test grades, but may be visible on his or her standardized test.
